¿Cómo es la garantía de mi producto?

All products such as Watches, Glasses and Bags purchased on Fund Grube On line are covered by a “Guarantee” or “Certificate of Authenticity” issued by the manufacturer. The product’s guarantee is valid for 24 months as from the purchase date and covers those flaws related to materials and manufacturing. It will be granted only if the reason for the claim is derived from manufacture flaws, which will be verified by an authorized technical team before proceeding to replace the flawed part at no cost. The following items are excluded from the guarantee: damage caused by accidents, incorrect or careless use, or interventions of unauthorized third parties and the damages resulting from said circumstances. The guarantee does not cover the normal wear and tear of parts .

Cosmetics & Perfumery products are not under guarantee, so they must be checked at the moment of delivery to verify they are in good conditions. Once this is verified and the delivery is accepted, we will not accept returns.
