Product Return

If, at the time of receiving your order, you are not satisfied, you have 30 days—to be counted from the delivery receipt—to return the product. To return a product, send us an e-mail to the following address: shoponline@fundgrube.es.

It is not possible to make changes and returns of underwear or swimwear due to hygiene issues.

Return Conditions

In case of return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Likewise, the costs of shipping to Fund Grube are to be paid by the customer. In order to return it, the product shall have to be in perfect conditions, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional presents, if applicable. Beauty Zone products - Perfumes and Cosmetic Treatments- must be sealed, as returns will not be accepted once packages have been opened. Underwear articles will not be refunded due to hygiene reasons. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, and after verifying its good conditions, we will proceed to reimburse its price in accordance with the payment method used by the customer.

Shipping costs will only be reimbursable in cases of incorrect delivery or flawed product. In any case, the return of shipping costs for incorrect deliveries and flawed products will be reimbursed, being Fund Grube the one to pay said costs, provided that the customer notifies this circumstance within 60 days to be counted from the receipt of delivery.

Return in our stores

Products purchased on the Internet (www.fundgrube.es) may also be returned in our points of sale. Returns are to be made only in those Fund Grube stores selling the product the customer wishes to return.

In order to return it, the product shall have to be in perfect conditions, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional presents, if applicable. After verifying the product’s good conditions, we will proceed to reimburse its price by the same payment method previously used by the customer. To return a product the customer must submit the purchase/return stub which must be previously requested via e-mail to shoponline@fundgrube.es 

Los datos de la devolución serán enviados a nuestra sede desde donde se procederá al reembolso en el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra.

¿Cuándo recibiré mi pedido?
El tiempo de entrega es de 2 a 5 días, en península y Baleares. Más información para pedidos en Canarias y resto de Europa en Envío y entrega.
Gastos de envío
Ahórrate los gastos de envío si realizas pedidos superiores a 45€. El coste de transporte es de 5,90€ para envíos a Península y Baleares. Los gastos de aduanas, IVA o IGIC están incluidos en el precio.
Devolución de un artículo
Si al momento de recibir tu pedido no quedas satisfecho, tienes un plazo de 30 días para realizar cambios o devoluciones. Más información en Devoluciones y reembolsos.

El plazo para el cambio o devolución de tus compras navideñas es hasta el 12 de Enero de 2020.
